  • Due to high appointment demand, we do not take walk-ins, however, if you don’t see availability online, please contact the studio and we will be more than happy to see if there’s time in our schedule.

  • Our Studio is by appointment only, so while all service providers are busy in appointments we keep the door locked to keep us all safe. If you have an appointment, please check in via the reminder text you received to let us know you are here. You will receive a text back when your service provider is ready for you and someone will be out shortly to assist you.

  • Due to us being a new small business, we are limited on staff to be available all week for drop in shoppers. You can book a time to come in and shop through our online booking. Please book a Private Shopping appointment and we will have someone available to assist you.

    Please note we have more shopping appointments available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays that are not online booking. Please email the studio to book.

  • If you selected our Local Delivery option, you can expect your purchase to be delivered within 1-3 business days. We strive to get orders out as soon as possible!

  • Unfortunately, we cannot perform facial waxing on the same day as a facial to avoid over-exfoliating the skin. When the skin is freshly exfoliated, facial waxing can cause lifting of the skin during waxing. Please wait 4-7 days between facial waxing and facials.

  • We allow one discount per appointment or sale. This includes monthly specials, coupons, membership perks, scratch cards, discount codes, stamp cards—anything of the sort.

    These offers are part of our client appreciation initiatives, and while we love to reward your loyalty, stacking discounts can significantly reduce the value of our services & products. To keep things fair and sustainable, we will always honour the largest available discount at the time of your visit.

  • Our online store and in-studio systems run on separate software, so gift cards can’t be redeemed directly at online checkout. But we’re happy to help process your order manually!

    If you're planning to pick up your order in person, just let us know what you'd like to purchase and we’ll process payment using your gift card when you arrive.

    If you’re requesting local delivery or shipping, email us with the items you’d like to order and your gift card code—either from your digital gift card email or the back of your physical card. We’ll run your order through on our end and apply your gift card.

    If your gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, we can charge the remaining balance to your card on file. Just let us know if you prefer a different payment method.
